How do I become a seller?
After creating your account, click on "Become a Seller" in your dashboard. Complete your profile with professional information, skills, and portfolio. Create your first gig by describing your services, setting prices, and adding relevant images. Once approved, you're ready to start selling!
How does payment protection work?
We use an escrow system to protect both buyers and sellers. When a buyer places an order, payment is held securely by GigsRabbit. Funds are only released to the seller after the buyer approves the delivered work. This ensures safe transactions for everyone.
What if I'm not satisfied with the work?
We offer a revision policy where sellers can make adjustments based on your original requirements. If issues persist, you can open a dispute, and our support team will mediate to find a fair resolution. In some cases, refunds may be issued according to our refund policy.
