1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using GigsRabbit ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. User Accounts
2.1 Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
2.2 Account Types
- Buyer accounts for purchasing services
- Seller accounts for offering services
- Business accounts for companies and teams
2.3 Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Services and Transactions
3.1 Service Listings
Sellers may create service listings ("Gigs") describing their offerings. All listings must be accurate, lawful, and comply with our content guidelines.
3.2 Orders and Payments
- All payments are processed through our secure payment system
- Buyers pay in advance; funds are held in escrow
- Sellers receive payment after successful delivery and approval
- Platform fees apply to all transactions
3.3 Delivery and Acceptance
Sellers must deliver work by the agreed deadline. Buyers have 3 days to review and request revisions or accept delivery. Auto-acceptance occurs after this period.
4. Fees and Charges

5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Provide false or misleading information
- Circumvent the platform for direct transactions
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post spam or unauthorized advertising
- Manipulate reviews or ratings
- Share copyrighted or proprietary content without permission
6. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of their content but grant GigsRabbit a license to use, display, and distribute content as necessary for platform operations. Users must have rights to all content they share.
7. Limitation of Liability
GigsRabbit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between users should first be resolved through our dispute resolution system. Disputes with GigsRabbit shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time through account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
